Scope of the Policy

Scope of the Policy

The Minitokyo community offers a place where people of disparate backgrounds and from diverse locations are brought together by common interests. It strives to be a free, open community where members can share their wallpapers and original art, collect feedback on their works, and participate in engaging discussions to improve their skills and gain insights in subjects of interest. While we endeavor to uphold a right to free expression, there are certain behaviors which are not tolerated and may infringe upon the rights of other members. As a result, we have drafted this document to delineate the rights and responsibilities of members here on Minitokyo.

All participation in this community must be done pursuant to the rules set forth in the Policy, and therefore by becoming a member, you agree to abide by the guidelines set forth in this document. Violation of this agreement may result in penalties such as deletion of your posts, removal of your submissions, issuing of warnings, application of restrictions on participation, and possibly permanent banishment from the community depending on the severity of the infraction(s) in question. The responsibility of arbitrating and enforcing the Policy falls within the exclusive purview of the community moderators.
